Accessibility

Whatever your needs, let us know how we can help!

ARRIVAL & ACCESSIBLE ENTRANCES
Both the East and West entry gates are fully accessible. Accessible parking is available nearby for easy entry. For more info, see the “Accessible Parking” section below.

ACCESSIBLE PARKING
Accessible Parking is available in Lots A and VIP. A visible state-issued accessible plate or placard is required to use these spots. (Please note: Lot B has stairs leading to the entrance. As an alternative, you may park in Lot A.)

Accessible parking is subject to availability and is first-come, first-served.

If accessible parking is full, our staff will try to park you in a nearby area. Upon request, our staff will will arrange for a golf cart to pick you up and take you to the venue entrance. To ensure you can park as close as possible, we recommend arriving when the parking gates open.

TICKETING
You can buy accessible tickets online – no need to call the box office. Look for the show accessible tickets on the Tickets page to view all available accessible seats at Ameris Bank Amphitheatre. There’s accessible seating in every price range. Try to buy accessible tickets in advance so you secure a seat – there’s limited availability on the day of an event. For accessible seating on the lawn, you will purchase a General Admission lawn ticket. We have concrete seating areas with ramps on the East and West sides of the venue to accommodate guests with disabilities that are first-come, first-serve with room for up to 3 guests.

RESTROOMS
All restrooms at Ameris Bank Amphitheatre are accessible. You’ll find them in the East Plaza, West Plaza, and The Lounge. A family restroom is also available at the Security area in the Upper East Plaza near the entrance. For your convenience, accessible portable toilets are located in the parking lots as well.

CONCESSION STANDS
Concession stands in both the East and West Plazas are accessible.

MEDICATION NEEDS
Guests who need to bring medication to the event are welcome to do so. Prescription medication must be in its original container, labeled with the guest’s name, and match a valid photo ID. Please bring only the amount needed for the duration of the event, as we are unable to store medication on site. Over-the-counter medications are also permitted but must remain in their original packaging.

DIETARY NEEDS
Ameris Bank Amphitheatre takes pride in offering a variety of choices for guests with special dietary needs. If you have any questions or specific concerns, feel free to ask a member of our Food & Beverage team — they’re happy to help! While we’ll do our best to accommodate dietary requests, please know that we may not be able to meet every need.

Guests are also welcome to bring in food for medical or dietary reasons, as long as it’s in a clear, 1-gallon plastic bag.

SERVICE ANIMALS
At Ameris Bank Amphitheatre, we have specific guidelines to ensure all guests, and their service animals are supported throughout their visit.

Service animals are defined by the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) as dogs or miniature horses that are trained to do work to perform tasks related to people with disabilities. The work or task the service animal is trained to do must directly relate to the person's disability. Service animals must be housebroken. Service animals are required to behave and not repeatedly bark, growl, jump up on or lunge at other guests or employees. Corrective action must be taken if the service animal is not behaving appropriately.

Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Comfort animals, emotional support animals, and therapy dogs are not listed as service animals under Title III of the ADA.  This also applies to the other species of animals wild or domestic, trained, or untrained.  The ADA requires the service animal to be under the control of the handler. This may include using a harness, leash, or other tether. Our venue employees are not required to provide for, the care, or supervision of a service animal, including cleaning up after it. Service Animals must remain on the floor and are not allowed on dining chairs or tables in our food and beverage locations.  Live Nation and our operating partners have the right to deny access to a dog that disrupts our operations.

SIGN LANGUAGE INTERPRETATION
If you will need an interpreter for an event, please email your request to
ABAInfo@livenation.com at least 2 weeks in advance so we can arrange for an interpreter for your show.

Patrons must have already purchased accessible tickets to the event prior to requesting an interpreter. Accessible tickets are located in row WC of the following sections: ORCH1, ORCH3, 101, 103 or 105. If you prefer to purchase a lawn ticket, we will reserve up to four seats for you in the lawn accessible seating area. There is no charge for interpreter services. Interpretation requests are subject to the availability of an interpreter.

When you arrive for the show, please check in at the box office. We will be happy to introduce you to your interpreter for the evening and take you to your seats!

ASSISTED LISTENING DEVICES
Assistive Listening Devices (ALDs) technology in Ameris Bank Amphitheatre is powered by Listen Everywhere Technology™.  This allows you to use your mobile device and headphones as your personal ALD. Download the app on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

When you arrive, stop by a Guest Services booth at either the East or West Gate. Our team will be happy to help you download and set up our assistive listening app on your phone.

MOBILITY DEVICE STORAGE
We have limited storage available for wheelchairs, canes, walkers, and other mobility devices. If you’ll need access to your device during the show, just let a member of our Guest Services team know. You can find Guest Services booths at both the East and West Gates.

UNEXPECTED NEEDS
If you’re unable to sit in your booked seat due to an unexpected injury or illness, we strongly recommend contacting Ticketmaster Fan Support. Please note – while there are a limited number of seats on the day of the event for people with unexpected needs, we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to seat you.
