The following items are permitted at Ameris Bank Amphitheatre:
Bags that fit the bag policy (details in the “Bag Policy” section below)
Beverages: each guest may bring one non-alcoholic beverage in a factory-sealed bottle (up to 1 liter in size)
Blanket: small, no larger than 4’x8’
Bug Spray: non-aerosol only
Camera: non-professional only (no detachable lenses)
Fans: small, personal-sized (battery-operated fans are permitted)
Food for dietary health issues: must be in a clear, one-gallon (1) plastic bag
Infant car seats or child-carrier backpacks (allowed for guests with lawn tickets)
Medical devices (including breast pumps and breast pump bags)
Over-the-counter medications: must remain in their original packaging
Ponchos
Poster tubes: must be empty
Prescription medication: must be in its original container and labeled with the guest’s name, with a valid photo ID that matches.

Signs (no larger than 8.5”x11”)
Stadium seats (no metal)
Sunscreen: non-aerosol only
Umbrellas: small, personal-sized only (may not be opened during the performance)
Water: each guest may bring one factory-sealed water bottle (up to 1 gallon in size)
Water bottles: each guest may bring one empty plastic or aluminum water bottle (hydration packs are not permitted)

Fireworks and sparklers
Food (for guests with dietary health issues, food contained in a clear, one-gallon (1) plastic bag is allowed)
Frisbees, footballs, hula hoops, jump ropes, festival poles, and noisemakers
Glass containers
Hinged stadium seats
Hydration packs
Illegal drugs/substances
Lawn chairs
Laser pointers
Selfie sticks
Spikes, studs, or any items that could cause harm
Stadium seats with metal
Strollers
Large, golf-sized umbrellas (small, personal-sized umbrellas are permitted)
Umbrellas with pointed ends

Upgrade Tents:
Missed out on upgrades before the show? No problem! Visit one of our two Upgrade Tents along the main concourse near the lawn steps to purchase available upgrades and convert “Cash-to-Card” on-site.

If your bag is larger than 6” x 9”, it must be clear and no bigger than 12” x 12” x 6”.
Diaper bags (for guests with babies) and medical device bags are permitted. These bags do not have to be clear but will be subject to search.
Our box office is open Fridays from 10AM to 4PM, and on all show days.
For shows Monday–Saturday, the box office opens at 10AM.
For Sunday shows, it opens at 12PM.

We don’t allow camping or overnight sleeping of any kind.
Children 2 and under do not require a ticket but must sit on a parent’s lap. We also highly recommend bringing ear protection for your little ones!
Diaper bags (for guests with babies) and medical device bags are permitted. These bags do not need to be clear but will be subject to search upon entry.
Strollers and wagons are not permitted.

Ticket-holders will also receive a pre-show email about 2 days before the event. We’ll also post updates on our social media pages the day of the show!
Stay hydrated! Each guest can bring an empty refillable water bottle or one factory-sealed water bottle (up to 1 gallon in size). (Hydration Packs are not permitted.)
Refill your water bottles and cups for free at the YETI water refill stations — located just inside both the East and West Gates. Join YETI and Live Nation's efforts to reduce waste and stay hydrated.
Water fountains are located at the East and West Plaza restrooms.
All drop-offs and pick-ups — including Uber, Lyft, and other rideshares — should use 11450 Maxwell Road, Alpharetta, GA 30009 as the designated location.
We cannot guarantee that fan mail will reach the artist, but we will do our best to get any packages or letters sent to the venue to the appropriate parties.
We recommend visiting the artist’s official website to find the best address for sending items. Please note: We are not responsible for returning anything sent to the venue for an artist.
Want to get in faster? Fast Lane access lets you skip the General Admission lines and enter through a separate entrance when gates open! Click HERE to add Fast Lane passes onto your ticket.
Fast Lane Instructions:
• Each Fast Lane pass holder must also have a valid ticket for the event.
• One Fast Lane pass is required per event ticket.
• Fast Lane entry is available at the West and East gates only — look for the Fast Lane signs at the security checkpoints.
• No need to wait in the general admission lines!
• Present your Fast Lane pass along with your event ticket at the designated entrance.
Please note: This is not a concert ticket, and Fast Lane upgrades may not be available for every event.

You do not need an ID to enter the show. However, a valid and current driver’s license or state ID is required to purchase alcohol.
If you are picking up tickets at will call, you will need an ID to claim them.
If you would like a lawn chair for the show, you may rent one from us. Personal lawn chairs are not permitted inside the venue. You can purchase a lawn chair rental online in advance via our website or on show day at a lawn chair stand. We recommend reserving your chair in advance as availability is limited on the day of the show.

Entrances:
• Outside the venue: Access via the red carpet under the canopy (from VIP Parking or Lot A).
• Inside the venue: Access via the Lower West Plaza (to the left of the stage).
Please Note:
• A ticket to the main event is required for Lounge entry.
• One Lounge upgrade ticket is required per person.
• Children 2 and under do not need a Lounge ticket.
• The stage is not visible from The Lounge.
If you lose an item while you're at an event, please visit our Guest Services Booth located at the East Gate. After an event, call 404-733-5010 and press 0. All lost & found items will be held for 2 weeks following the date of an event.
We understand how frustrating it is to lose something! While we’ll do what we can to assist, we’re not able to take responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Requests for media credentials can be submitted through our Media Show Request Portal HERE. Events are not added to the portal until about a month before the show. If approved, you’ll receive an email with details during the week of the event.

Re-entry isn’t allowed, so make sure you bring everything you’ll need for the night! If you leave during the event, you’ll need a new ticket to come back in.
Upgrade your lawn experience! Reserved Lawn access gives you the best views from the front of the lawn, plus extra space to stretch out, dance, and relax in style. An Adirondack chair will be set up and waiting for you — no need to rush in early to claim a spot! To upgrade, click HERE.
Please note:
• A valid lawn ticket is required along with your Reserved Lawn voucher.
• This is not a concert ticket.
• Reserved Lawn is not available for shows where the lawn is closed.
Smoking and vaping are permitted on the Upper West Plaza, Lower East Plaza, and at the back of the lawn along the sidewalk. In The Lounge, smoking is permitted only outside on the patio.
Smoking and vaping are not allowed in any seating areas, including the main part of the lawn.
Concerts are high-energy events, and it’s common for fans to stand and dance throughout the show. If you prefer to stay seated, please be aware that your view may be impacted, and our policy is not to intervene. If there are further disruptions or concerns, our Crew Members are happy to assist!

Tailgating is welcome in Lots A, Premier, and VIP! (Please note: No tailgating in Lot B or the nearby business parks at 1735 and 1750 Founders Parkway.)
You can tailgate in front of or behind your vehicle, depending on your row. Please stay within your space, be mindful of your neighbors, and clean up before you head in!
A few quick rules:
• No glass containers
• No charcoal grills or open flames
• Keep tailgating to your own parking spot
• No buying extra spaces for larger setups
• Parking staff may ask you to stop anything unsafe
• Please toss your trash and recycling in the bins or take it with you when you leave
Will Call tickets are available for pickup at the box office located at 2200 Encore Parkway until parking lots open. After parking lots open, please go to 11450 Maxwell Road. There’s temporary parking available right in front of the box office for quick and easy pickup.
Don’t forget to bring a photo ID that matches the name on the ticket order! If you need to change the name on your tickets, you’ll need to reach out to Ticketmaster Customer Service at 800-653-8000.
Unfortunately, guests aren’t able to leave tickets at Will Call for others to pick up. If you’re meeting up with friends, we recommend arranging a time and place to hand off tickets directly.
If tickets or passes are being left for you — including Meet & Greet passes, backstage passes, press/media passes, or tickets from the tour or a promotional company — they’ll only be available at the box office. These items usually arrive close to door time, so please plan to pick them up then and not earlier.
If your tickets or passes aren’t available yet, please reach out directly to the person who left them for you, as the box office is unable to contact tour staff on behalf of guests!
