The thrill, the music, the roar of your fellow fans... you’re nearly here. Before you arrive at Ameris Bank Amphitheatre, here are some tips to get you clued up, and amped up!

Get lost in the music. Not the venue. There's a lot to see and do at Ameris Bank Amphitheatre, so here’s a map to help you get around.
The following items are permitted at Ameris Bank Amphitheatre:

Blanket: small, no larger than 4’x8’
Bug Spray: non-aerosol only
Camera: non-professional only (no detachable lenses)
Fans: small, personal-sized (battery-operated fans are permitted)
Food for medical or dietary health issues: must be in a clear, one-gallon (1) plastic bag
Infant car seats or child-carrier backpacks (allowed for guests with lawn tickets)
Medical devices (including breast pumps and breast pump bags)
Over-the-counter medications: must remain in their original packaging
Ponchos
Poster tubes: must be empty
Prescription medication: must be in its original container and labeled with the guest’s name, with a valid photo ID that matches.

Signs (no larger than 8.5”x11”)
Stadium seats (no metal)
Sunscreen: non-aerosol only
Umbrellas: small, personal-sized only (may not be opened during the performance)
Water: each guest may bring one plastic, factory-sealed bottle of water (up to 1 gallon in size)
Water bottles: each guest may bring one empty plastic or aluminum water bottle (hydration packs are not permitted)

Upgrade Tents:
Missed out on upgrades before the show? No problem! Visit one of our two Upgrade Tents along the main concourse near the lawn steps to purchase available upgrades and convert “Cash-to-Card” on-site.

If your bag is larger than 6” x 9”, it must be clear and no bigger than 12” x 12” x 6”. (Mesh bags are not considered clear.)
Diaper bags (for guests with babies) and medical device bags are permitted. These bags do not have to be clear but will be subject to search.

Overnight camping or queuing is not permitted on our private property. You can queue on the public sidewalks along Encore Parkway, or other public space waiting for the venue to open. You cannot block driveways, park illegally, or park overnight in any business or residences near the venue. There is no public parking available near our venue.
Children 2 and under do not require a ticket but must sit on a parent’s lap. We also highly recommend bringing ear protection for your little ones!
Diaper bags (for guests with babies) and medical device bags are permitted. These bags do not need to be clear but will be subject to search upon entry.
Strollers and wagons are not permitted.
Stay hydrated throughout the show!
Each guest may bring:
• One empty refillable water bottle, or
• One factory-sealed water bottle (up to 1 gallon).
For events designated with an Elevated Heat Warning, guests may bring up to two factory-sealed water bottles (up to 1 gallon each). If this exception applies to your event, it will be noted on the venue’s Know Before You Go page HERE.
Please note: Hydration packs are not permitted.
Refill your bottles and cups for free at the YETI Water Refill Stations located just inside the East and West Gates!
Water fountains are also available near the East Plaza and West Plaza restrooms.
All drop-offs and pick-ups — including Uber, Lyft, and other rideshares — should use 11450 Maxwell Road, Alpharetta, GA 30009 as the designated location.

Fast Lane is an optional upgrade that gives you access to a dedicated entry line at the gates so you can get inside quicker and avoid the main public entry lines. Purchase Fast Lane HERE.
When you arrive:
• Fast Lane entry is available at the East and West gates only
• Look for posted Fast Lane signs near the security checkpoints
• Head straight to that line (no need to stand in the main public entry lines)
• Have your Fast Lane pass and event ticket ready to show
For the best experience, plan to arrive before or around gate time!
Please note: Fast Lane is not a concert ticket and must be used with a valid event ticket. Availability varies by show and may not be offered for every event.

You do not need an ID to enter the show. However, a valid and current driver’s license or state ID is required to purchase alcohol.
If you are picking up tickets at will call, you will need an ID to claim them.
If you would like a lawn chair for the show, you may rent one from us. Personal lawn chairs are not permitted inside the venue. You can purchase a lawn chair rental online in advance via our website or on show day at a lawn chair stand. We recommend reserving your chair in advance as availability is limited on the day of the show.

Entrances:
• Outside the venue: Access via the red carpet under the canopy (from VIP Parking or Lot A).
• Inside the venue: Access via the Lower West Plaza (to the left of the stage).
Please Note:
• A ticket to the main event is required for Lounge entry.
• One Lounge upgrade ticket is required per person.
• Children 2 and under do not need a Lounge ticket.
• The stage is not visible from The Lounge.
If you lose an item while you're at an event, please visit our Guest Services Booth located at the East Gate. After an event, call 404-733-5010 and press 0. All lost & found items will be held for 2 weeks following the date of an event.
We understand how frustrating it is to lose something! While we’ll do what we can to assist, we’re not able to take responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Requests for media credentials can be submitted through our Media Show Request Portal HERE. Events are not added to the portal until about a month before the show. If approved, you’ll receive an email with details during the week of the event.

If a purchase you made during your visit to Ameris Bank Amphitheatre, including food & beverage or merchandise appears higher than expected, it may be due to a temporary authorization hold. Final charges typically update within 72 hours of your visit.

Re-entry isn’t allowed, so make sure you bring everything you’ll need for the night! If you leave during the event, you’ll need a new ticket to come back in.
Upgrade your lawn experience! Reserved Lawn access gives you the best views from the front of the lawn, plus extra space to stretch out, dance, and relax in style. An Adirondack chair will be set up and waiting for you — no need to rush in early to claim a spot! To upgrade, click HERE.
Please note:
• A valid lawn ticket is required along with your Reserved Lawn voucher.
• This is not a concert ticket.
• Reserved Lawn is not available for shows where the lawn is closed.
Smoking and vaping are permitted on the Upper West Plaza, Lower East Plaza, and at the back of the lawn along the sidewalk. In The Lounge, smoking is permitted only outside on the patio.
Smoking and vaping are not allowed in any seating areas, including the main part of the lawn.
Concerts are high-energy events, and it’s common for fans to stand and dance throughout the show. If you prefer to stay seated, please be aware that your view may be impacted, and our policy is not to intervene. If there are further disruptions or concerns, our Crew Members are happy to assist!

All sponsorship inquiries should be directed to Live Nation’s Sponsorship Division. Please email TylerHargrove@LiveNation.com for further information. Any handouts or brand/personnel presence on site needs to be cleared with venue sponsorship through a formal marketing partnership agreement with Live Nation. If you do not have official permission to be on site, brand personnel/representatives will be escorted off property immediately.
Tailgating is welcome in Lots A, Premier, and VIP! (Please note: No tailgating in Lot B or the nearby business parks at 1735 and 1750 Founders Parkway.)
You can tailgate in front of or behind your vehicle, depending on your row. Please stay within your space, be mindful of your neighbors, and clean up before you head in!
A few quick rules:
• No glass containers
• No charcoal grills or open flames
• Propane griddles/grills must be 23 inches or smaller and use a 1 lb propane cylinder only. Grills that use 5 lb or 20 lb propane tanks are not permitted
• Keep tailgating to your own parking spot
• No buying extra spaces for larger setups
• Parking staff may ask you to stop anything unsafe
• Please toss your trash and recycling in the bins or take it with you when you leave

When will I receive my VIP or Meet & Greet package details?
VIP and Meet & Greet package details, including check-in time, package inclusions, and other important instructions, are sent by the official VIP provider, typically 24–72 hours before your event.If you haven't received your VIP email yet, please continue checking your inbox (including your spam/junk folder) as your event approaches.

VIP details are not sent by the venue.If your event is within 24 hours and you still haven't received your VIP email, please contact the official VIP provider.
Please Note: VIP and Meet & Greet check-in may begin before general parking lots or venue gates open. If your VIP confirmation email includes an early check-in time, please follow the instructions provided in that email. If you have additional questions about your VIP check-in, please contact the official VIP provider.
Will Call tickets are available for pickup at the box office located at 2200 Encore Parkway, Alpharetta, GA 30009. There’s temporary parking available right in front of the box office for quick and easy pickup.
Don’t forget to bring a photo ID that matches the name on the ticket order! If you need to change the name on your tickets, you’ll need to reach out to Ticketmaster Customer Service at 800-653-8000.
Unfortunately, guests aren’t able to leave tickets at Will Call for others to pick up. If you’re meeting up with friends, we recommend arranging a time and place to hand off tickets directly.
If tickets or passes are being left for you — including Meet & Greet passes, backstage passes, press/media passes, or tickets from the tour or a promotional company — they’ll only be available at the box office. These items usually arrive close to door time, so please plan to pick them up then and not earlier.
If your tickets or passes aren’t available yet, please reach out directly to the person who left them for you, as the box office is unable to contact tour staff on behalf of guests!
