The Need-to-Know Before You Go
We can’t wait to see you at Ameris Bank Amphitheatre! Check out the info below to make sure your visit with us totally rocks.
COME RAIN AND/OR SHINE
All shows are rain or shine! Keep an eye on our socials for any updates. Fans can also opt in for event updates by texting the show’s specific SMS code to (404) 609-1566.
If your event’s SMS code isn’t listed yet, stay tuned — we’ll update the list as the show approaches! You’ll also receive the code in your pre-show email and on our social media channels the day of the event.
GATE TIMES
Gates usually open about an hour before showtime, but this can vary depending on the event. Scroll to the top of this page to see times for upcoming shows, or click to your specific event page HERE.
We’ll send you an email two days before the show with all the details, including entry info, parking and rideshare tips, food & beverage options, available upgrades, and more! We will also post the times on our social media pages on the day of the show.
PARKING LOTS
CLICK HERE for everything you need to know about parking — from locating your parking pass to parking lot addresses, accessible parking, tailgating policies, and more.
Parking lots typically open about an hour before the gates, but this can vary. Be sure to check the times for upcoming shows at the top of this page, or refer to your pre-show email and our social posts on the day of the show for exact times.
General admission parking usually comes with your ticket. If you want easier entry and exit, go for Premier Parking HERE. Oversized parking for vehicles over 20 feet long is also available HERE. *All parking pass sales are non-refundable and non-transferrable*
With large crowds and heavy traffic, we recommend leaving early to give yourself plenty of time. We don’t want you to miss a minute of your favorite bands because of traffic!

DROP-OFF / PICK-UP AREAS & RIDESHARE
All drop-offs and pick-ups — including Uber, Lyft, and other rideshares — should use 11450 Maxwell Road, Alpharetta, GA 30009 as the designated location.
WHEN YOU GET HERE
Expect a quick walk through metal detectors, possibly a pat down, and a bag check if you’re bringing one. To make entry as smooth and easy as possible, be sure to check out our bag policy and see what you can (and can’t) bring in our FAQs HERE.
BAG POLICY
If your bag is bigger than 6” x 9”, then it must be clear and can be no bigger than 12”x12”x6”. Diaper bags for guests with babies and medical device bags are permitted. They do not have to be clear, but they will be subject to search.
MOBILE ENTRY ONLY
Your phone is your ticket. Before you head out, download your tickets on the Live Nation or Ticketmaster app to save time and skip the hassle! Saving tickets to your phone’s wallet saves time at the gates.
CONTACTLESS PAYMENTS ONLY
Ameris Bank Amphitheatre is a cash-free venue. If you arrive without a debit or credit card, head to an Upgrade Tent, and they’ll exchange cash for card (for free).

ACCESSIBILITY
Whatever your needs are, we're here to help. For all accessibility information, CLICK HERE.
LAWN SEATING
Our General Admission lawn seating is located behind the reserved pavilion seats on an inclined area. It’s first come, first served, so grab your spot early! (You may notice a row/seat number on your lawn ticket, but don’t worry — it’s just for tracking purposes, not assigned seating.)
Upgrade to the Reserved Lawn section at the bottom of the lawn for extra space, the best views of the stage, and a comfy Adirondack chair by clicking HERE! Please note: a valid concert ticket must accompany your Reserved Lawn Section voucher for admission.
Personal lawn chairs are not permitted inside the venue; however, lawn chairs are available for rent. See below for more info.
LAWN CHAIR RENTALS
If you would like a lawn chair for the show, you may rent one from us! Personal lawn chairs are not permitted inside the venue. To reserve a lawn chair in advance, click HERE, select your event from the dropdown menu, and choose “Lawn Chair Rental.” Head straight to the top of the lawn to pick up your lawn chair rental, subject to availability.
Make sure to pick up your rented chair before the headliner takes the stage, as the rental deck will close at that time. It will reopen 30 minutes before the performance ends for you to return your chairs.
As a thank you for helping us clear the lawn for cleaning, you’ll receive $1 cash back for each rental chair you return to the rental deck at the end of the concert!
BOX OFFICE
Our box office is open Fridays from 10AM to 4PM, and on all show days. For shows Monday–Saturday, the box office opens at 10AM. For Sunday shows, it opens at 12PM.
DRINKING WATER
Stay hydrated! Each guest can bring an empty refillable water bottle or one factory-sealed water bottle (up to 1 gallon in size). (Hydration Packs are not permitted.)
Refill your water bottles and cups for free at the YETI water refill stations — located just inside both the East and West Gates. Join YETI and Live Nation's efforts to reduce waste and stay hydrated.
Water fountains are located at the East and West Plaza restrooms.
THE MERCH
Find your favorite merch at our booths in the East and West Plazas! Please note: all concert merchandise is provided by the artist, and the venue is not responsible for the style or craftsmanship. Be sure to check sizing and inspect items before leaving the stand, as we’re unable to offer exchanges or refunds after the event.
DESIGNATED DRIVERS
Are you the responsible fan tonight? Our designated driver program has you covered with free fountain sodas! Visit the Guest Services booth at East or West Gate for more info.

We keep it eco-friendly with tons of recycling bins and refillable water stations that make it easy to enjoy a zero-waste food and beverage experience.
